🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh
- Currently enrolled in a recognized school/college/institute
- Pre Matric: Students in Class 09 or 10
- Post Matric: Students in Class 11 or 12
- Other Than Inter: Students in UG, PG, Diploma, or other courses (except Class 09–12)

- Passport-size photo
- Aadhaar Card (linked with mobile number)
- Bank Passbook (linked with Aadhaar)
- 10th and 12th Marksheet
- Previous Year Marksheet
- Income Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Fee Receipt of current year
- Admission Verification Certificate
- Final printout after form submission
🔁 Renewal Candidates: Use previous year’s Registration Number for renewal. No need to register again.

- Choose Fresh or Renewal based on your status.
- Fill the registration form.
- Login and complete the application.
- Upload all required documents.
- Submit a hard copy to the institution within 3 days of online submission.
- Aadhaar is mandatory for application.
