✅ About UP Scholarship 2023-24
The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department invites applications for the UP Scholarship 2023-24 scheme. This government scheme provides financial aid to students studying in class 9th to postgraduate levels across UP. Eligible students from Pre Matric (Class 9-10), Post Matric (Class 11-12), and Other than Intermediate (UG, PG, Diploma) can apply online. 🧾 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Must be enrolled in a school/college/institute within UP.
- Pre Matric: Only students of Class 9 or 10 can apply.
- Post Matric: Only students of Class 11 or 12 can apply.
- Dashmottar (Other than Intermediate): Students in UG, PG, Diploma, or other professional courses (excluding Class 9–12) are eligible.

- 10th & 12th Marksheet
- Previous Year Result
- Aadhaar Card (linked with mobile number)
- Bank Account (linked with Aadhaar)
- Income Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Fee Receipt

💡 Note: The application is completely free. Do not pay anyone to fill the form.
🔁 Fresh & Renewal Application
- Fresh Candidates: New students taking admission in Class 9, 10, 11, 12, or any Dashmottar course (UG/PG/Diploma) must register as Fresh Applicants.
- Renewal Candidates: Students who received scholarship last year must apply through Renewal using their previous Registration Number.
📝 How to Apply for UP Scholarship 2023-24
- Visit the official portal scholarship.up.gov.in.
- Click on Student → Select Registration (Fresh/Renewal).
- Fill all details accurately and upload required documents.
- Submit your application and take the printout.
- Submit the hardcopy to your respective institute within 3 days.
📌 Aadhar Card is mandatory for form submission.
