How to Apply

1. Candidates must register with a unique Email ID and unique Mobile Number (unchangeable during the process).
2. Registration can be done via Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
3. Only details mentioned in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be valid.
4. Name, Gender, and DOB must match the Matriculation certificate exactly.
5. If DigiLocker cannot fetch details, candidates can enter them manually.
6. Fill in all required details, upload documents, pay the fee, and submit the form.
7. Take a printout of the final submitted form for reference.
