🎯 Scheme Objective

• Provide financial aid to unemployed educated youth.
• Ensure youth receive basic computer & communication training via UP Labor Department.
• Promote digital registration of unemployed candidates to link them with future jobs or skill schemes.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Uttar Pradesh.
• Applicant must be unemployed and not self-employed.
• Family income should not exceed limit (will be updated in notification).
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (Intermediate).
• Applicant must not be receiving benefits from any other government scheme.
• Must be registered with Employment Exchange (Sewayojan Portal).
• Age limit will be as per the upcoming official notification.
