Short Information: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the PET/PST Admit Card for the Constable GD Recruitment 2025. The Physical Test is scheduled to start from 20 August 2025. Candidates who applied for SSC GD 2025 can download their admit card from the official website.

Physical Eligibility
For Male Candidates:
- Height: 170 cm (Relaxation as per rules)
- Chest: 80 cm (Unexpanded) & 85 cm (Expanded)
- Running: 5 km in 24 minutes (For Ladakh Region – 1.6 km in 6 min 30 sec)
For Female Candidates:
- Height: 157 cm (Relaxation as per rules)
- Running: 1.6 km in 8 minutes (For Ladakh Region – 800 meters in 4 min 30 sec)
How to Download SSC Constable GD PET / PST Admit Card 2025
- Visit the SSC Official Website – https://ssc.gov.in/
- Go to the Admit Card section.
- Select your Region / Sub-region.
- Enter your Application Number / Roll Number / Name and Date of Birth.
- Click on Submit / Search.
- Your Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download it and take a printout (Color or B/W as per instructions).
