Short Description: Uttar Pradesh Government has launched Bhagya Laxmi Yojana 2025 to promote the birth and education of daughters among BPL (Below Poverty Line) families. Under this scheme, ₹51,000 bond is given at the birth of a daughter, which matures to around ₹2 lakh when the girl turns 21. Additionally, financial aid is provided to the mother and for the daughter’s education. Eligible families can apply online through the official website mahilakalyan.up.nic.in.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only for residents of Uttar Pradesh.
